How do you unwind?

Did an interval run with seven 400-meter repeats at approximately 5k pace. I normally do the intervals with 1:30 walking rest periods between. It's just enough time for my heart rate to drop to zone 2 (around 110 to 115) before another hard 400 meters.

After a really busy day at work and buying a car after work (bought the Fit), it felt really good to go all out and just plain kill it. Sometimes even the heat and sun feel good when it's a workout like this.

  1. Uh...I unwind on the couch with a glass of wine and the laptop. I'm glad you enjoyed the run, though. :)
